Tanner and Shields Families

 

My great grandparents on my father, John Tanner's, side of the family are Elsie and James Tanner. The American Tanner Family history is available in this document. The Elsie was born Elsie Elizabeth Shields. The Shields family history is available in two parts. Part one focuses on pre-colonial family history. The second part leads up to the birth and marriage of Elsie. The Sheilds family history was compiled by Elsie's brother John A. Shields, a champion typer!
